I will be out on vacation January 15-22. No pickups or shipping during that time. Shipping and pickup will resume on Thursday, January 22nd.
Shipping is flat rate and is calculated by total cost of order and state being shipped to. For an exact shipping quote please email or message me. Any overages exceeding $2 will be refunded to the original payment method.
ALL pickups must be scheduled. For Monday through Friday pickups, I must know the time of pickup no later than 6pm the day before. For Saturday and Sunday pickups, I must know the time of pickup no later than Friday at 6pm! If you are purchasing an item on sale or clearance, please note pickup must be completed within 2 days of purchase unless otherwise noted.
If you are having an item shipped, all ready made items are normally shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS within 1-2 business days. All made-to-order items will ship within 1-2 business days of completion.
Please see descriptions to check if a wreath is made-to-order. All made-to-order wreaths can take up to one week to be completed.
Custom orders are always welcome! I require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost (minus shipping) up-front for all garland, custom wreath and centerpiece orders. For remakes, full payment is required at the time the order is placed. Turn around varies widely depending on the season, and can be anywhere from 1-2 days to 1-2 weeks or more from the time the deposit or payment is made. I do not start work on any custom order until deposit or payment is made. Shipping cost can vary, so shipping cost will be quoted upon completion of the project, and cost will be added to the final invoice.
If you have a discount code it must be entered at the time of purchase. No refunds will be given retroactively for discount codes not used. Any questions please email me at info@dottiebethdesigns.com.
